Group of five Larch after trimming to reveal trunks with some refinement. This was done at intervals over two days. During Sunday, Phil. Dawson trimmed and wired a three trunk style Juniper to good effect.

Writing on September 2nd. These Larch have had to be cut back again already. What a wonderful species to come back after harsh treatment.

The Junipers,on the other hand, have hardly moved so I've cut them back into this sail shape instead. Any comments?

I fell down the steps from the terrace to the lawn. From my low position, I noticed that the eight foot long box hedge bordering the steps was all emanating from a single trunk. What else could I do? The hedge was cut back and the trunk lifted and roots trimmed to go into a container. Now, this has been minimised and is beginning to sprout forth again. Ongoing:---
